Always happy to shout out 😊 It was only 106 today so the heat is slowly improving 😂 It's supposed to be 98 tomorrow and I've never been so happy to see double digit temps (even though 98 is still very toasty).

Catching up on my reading (still), but I TOTALLY agree with you. I don't like being cold. At all. Homegirl here DOES NOT do snow (even though we lived in Reno, NV for 5 1/2 years when I was young. Best childhood EVAH, but I will never miss getting dressed by the fireplace in the dead of winter). Living in AZ, I may "comment" about the fact that we live near the 4th Ring of Hell, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Well, except for a tropical island with weather in the 80s, then I'm totally down. Despite living in a blow dryer, I carry a sweater with me everywhere because I get cold so easily. Part of that, I'm sure, is because I was severely anemic for YEARS. If I was hanging out with someone who ran a little hot, I was happy to do a laying of the hands. Because mine are always cold. LOL

Also, saying “I love and approve of you" for 5 minutes every day? I would need to work up to that, but Tiff's not wrong. Gotta love and believe in yourself first before anyone else will.

I actually prefer being cold. Again, not like 10 degrees have to deal with ice and snow cold, but the heat this summer has been debilitating on my body. I create a lot of my own heat just to move around so I think I can handle cooler temps better. This summer I've had trouble even walking around the house. So major props to you for living in Arizona. It gets really hot here too but not quite as bad I don't think.

I think Tiffany said she had to work up to doing the "I love and approve of you" for 5 minutes too. I think she said she started with just saying it once or just saying it for one minute. I'm totally with you, definitely have to work up to 5 minutes! Or even saying it to myself everyday at this point 😂

So good right? I love when I find a book that I just want to keep reading. It’s back down into the 90s here (instead of 110) and it’s sad that I’m grateful for that 😂

I’m an overheater, too. The last couple of weeks I have been mostly in the house hanging with my air conditioner.

66-68 degrees is my favorite.

When we would visit my relatives in Portland, Oregon when I was a kid, I would die because the houses would be way too hot for me (probably around 75.)

Oh wow, that’s impressive. That’s too cold for me indoors but perfect for me outdoors. I think because I’m not moving around very much inside so I don’t overheat as easily. Have definitely been doing the same thing though, staying inside in the a/c
