I think the saying goes, "Courage is knowing the dangers and doing it anyway." So, while you're in the midst of the completely rational anxiety you're experiencing, remember the courage that goes along with it, too, Jackie. ❤️ xo
So important to raise this awareness of the links between disability and depression, in fact I just wrote that around half of people with MS will experience depression. I have been one of them! And as you say it really isn’t surprising given everything we have to deal with. 💕
